Stopping by Woods On a Snowy Evening by Robert Frost
Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village, though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow...
The woods are lovely, dark, and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

What a beautiful poem to share with one and all! Such a lovely post, and if that is a picture of your house, WOW!
Morning Pink House! Thank you. And yes...it is our house. We live on 5 acres of woods, and we love it. We know we are very blessed to have it.
Your home in the snowy woods is BEAUTIFUL!!!! Love the poem also!
how beautiful! Where is this house of yours?
It is just so beautiful when the snow falls. Everything is so pristine and silent!

Thank you, Darlene!
BG...We're in the NE corner in the snowbelt...not too far from your hometown.
Your house is absolutely beautiful.
Just to say, those people on the Hudson were extremely lucky, someone was definitely keeping watch over them that day.
