~Daffodils In the Snow~

There's a song by Steven Curtis Chapman called "Fingerprints", that goes:

"I can see the fingerprints of God
When I look at you
I can see the fingerprints of God
And I know it's true
You're a masterpiece
That all creation quietly applauds
And you're covered with the fingerprints of God."

God's Fingerprints are found throughout nature. No one else could ever have created the miracles you see out in the world each and every day.

Here in Ohio, spring is finally starting to poke its brave little head through the snow. Daffodils in the snow are one of my favorite signs of Spring. They let you know that hope is truly alive and well, living in all its glory.

Take a peak at Beki's blog to see evidence of more Fingerprints.

Blessings to all of you this beautiful 'almost' spring day. Thank you for all the emails and prayers. They are much appreciated~

This daffodil's crystal-jewelled cap will soon be put away with other winter things as the flower lifts its head to hear the sounds of returning birds. Beautiful ... Have a great weekend.

A comforting thought. It woould be impossible to look around and not see God everywhere.

A lovely post, one that makes us all long for spring time and the flowers that will soon be adding some color to our other wise dreary lives of late. Debby

What an extraordinary photo of the flower, showing the blending of seasons this time of year. Is it winter? Is it spring?
The little one is adorable. Happy Fingerprint Friday!

Such a beautiful picture. I was walking through our food store yesterday and suddenly smelled something wonderful. I glanced over and there were tons of tulips and daffodils in the floral section. The scent they gave off was just amazing.

Those are wonderful pictures. My daffodil's have started poking through the ground and I saw my first snowdrop in bloom the other day. God has given us a truly beautiful day in central OH. I put away your poem about snow yesterday in anticipation of today. You are always in my thoughts and prayers. Love Kay

Your beautiful photo has captured the daffodil in a transition of seasons. Love it! I saw a similar sight last week and should have grabbed my camera of the crocuses in the snow. Great fingerprint, have a wonderful weekend!

I love the daffodil in snow, and the child smelling the daffodil is just as sweet. Truly great fingerprints.

What a contrast the snow and the daffodil's bright colours. A real promise that Winter is in it's last throws and Spring is almost here.
Thank you for sharing it!
